Sustainability Impact Scholarship

Criteria:

• Clear mission centered around creating positive change across the society, environment and economy.
• Record of participation in initiatives focused on sustainability and positive impact like projects, ventures, or volunteering, activism, associations, clubs OR tangible impact created.
• Clearly defined field of involvement (e.g. environmental cause).
• A plan of how the applicant will engage within and beyond the ToU community.

Application Process:

• Video or letter of motivation: Submit either a video or letter of motivation elaborating on how you meet the above mentioned eligibility criteria. On average, we advise 5 minutes for the video or 600 words, telling us why you are the ideal candidate for this scholarship and how you exemplify its essence.
• CV: Submit your CV to give us a glimpse on your previous educational or professional background.

Evaluation Process:

• Committee evaluation: Our dedicated scholarship committee will diligently review your application.
• Community fit: Our admissions and learner success team will evaluate your Tomorrow University Community fit in a call.
• Timely response: We will come back with you in maximum 5 working days.
  

African Changemaker Scholarship

Criteria:

• Residing in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Benin, Burundi, Cote D’Ivoire, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, South Africa and Mozambique
• A proven track record of initiating or participating in impactful projects related to sustainability, entrepreneurship, technology, or social development.
• Ability to showcase a clear vision of how they will leverage their education to contribute to Africa’s development.
• A strong academic record or relevant professional experience in fields related to the scholarship’s focus areas.

Application Process:

• Submit either a video (max 5 minutes) or a letter (600 words max) detailing: Your background and passion for social impact. Your past projects, leadership roles, or initiatives. How this scholarship will help you achieve your goals. How you plan to contribute to the Tomorrow University community.
• Provide an updated CV highlighting academic achievements, work experience, and community engagement.

Evaluation Process:

• Committee Review: Applications will be reviewed by a dedicated scholarship committee based on impact potential and alignment with the scholarship’s mission.
• Community Fit Assessment: Our admissions and learner success team will evaluate your Tomorrow University Community fit in a call.
• Response Time: Applicants will receive a decision within a maximum of 5 working days after the assessment call.

Open to recent high school graduates, university students, young professionals, and entrepreneurs who align with the scholarship’s mission.
