Challenge Owner

Dr. Kathrin Köster studied economics, sinology, and Japanese studies in Germany, Taiwan, and Japan. Her doctorate dealt with organizational change in Japan. As the Manager of a large Japanese corporation, she was entrusted with projects in East Asia, Europe, and North America. Kathrin Köster has been a professor of leadership and international management at Heilbronn University since 2003. She designed the short course “Pioneers of the 21st Century” for the WU Executive Academy. Since 2004, she has supported organizations, teams, and executives with her company Köster + Partner.
