As the Manager of a large Japanese corporation, she was entrusted with projects in East Asia, Europe, and North America. Kathrin Köster has been a professor of leadership and international management at Heilbronn University since 2003. She designed the short course “Pioneers of the 21st Century” for the WU Executive Academy. Since 2004, she has supported organizations, teams, and executives with her company Köster + Partner.

Explore values, behaviors, and embrace the Triple Bottom Line approach to drive impactful change.

Governance & Sustainability
Craft a concise 'corporate governance playbook' tailored to you entrepreneurial endeavor or existing company. This involves outlining board composition and roles, integrating environmental and social considerations into governance practices, defining stakeholder management approaches, and establishing ESG metrics and timelines.
