You’ll start your journey by mastering the program's foundational areas. Your personal mission statement will lay the groundwork for your desired specialization, competency development and mindset cultivation.
In this stage, you’ll deepen your expertise by selecting elective modules* that align with what matters most to you and your mission. Our flexible program allows you to decide on your focus as you progress, with modules offered multiple times throughout the year. This personalization ensures every choice supports your evolving career goals and aspirations.
*With the 90 ECTS version, you'll select 1 elective, while the 120 ECTS version allows you to choose 3 electives—your chosen focus will also be officially listed on your diploma for 120 ECTS learners.
